Answer-Usually it takes 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in the bank account/Card account once the refund been initiated from our end.

- 4 – My Payment Has been Failed and Amount Deducted.
Answer-Usually Failed Payments did not capture by payment Gateways due to several reasons what should be refunded in the same bank account/card account within 3-4 working days.
in-case of non-credit customers are requested to contact the concerning bank for clarification.
- 5 – My Order has been completed but I have not received the product yet.
Answer-Order Has been completed from our side and email sent to the customer means the particular order has been shipped with the courier company and customer has to wait for the delivery as per the time-frame gave with our shipping terms and condition.
- 6 – My Order is not been delivered/Delayed in delivery hence I want to cancel the order.
